Stanley Dadswell, World War One

Private Stanley Alfred Dadswell, regimental no. 3137, was posted to the 59th Battalion, 1st AIF. When serving in France, he was badly wounded and repatriated to England before returning to Australia for further treatment. This picture was probably taken before leaving Australia in 1916.
