William Ernest Dadswell's story
William Ernest Dadswell was the fourth of the eight children of Amos and Charlotte (Wooster) Dadswell. He was born on 2 October 1891 and was baptised at All Saints Church, Wimbleton, Surrey.
On 7 July 1912, he married Amy Marian Laura Filby and they had three children - William (Bill), Arthur (Jim) and Laura.
William died on 7 January 1976, Amy two years later.
